The Cleanergy® in Therapy.

outwards.
The simplest way of using the Cleanergy® is to hold it with the “CRESS” side directed towards the painful area, or, in any case, towards the part to be treated.

a) At what distance from the body is it best to use the Cleanergy®?
It depends on the case. As a rule, it should be between one and 15 centimetres away.
b) How long must the Cleanergy® act?
There is no time limit. The Cleanergy® can be active as long as you wish, and at least until the pain or symptom has passed.

Two "strange" effects you may experience:
a) Radical Effect: This is an initial worsening of the pain, owing to the congestions leaving the body. To eliminate the effect, continue energy cleaning, until the pain disappears, utilising the Cleanergy®. One special radical effect is a feeling of nausea. Perform cleaning at the solar plexus level until the nausea disappears.
b) Paradoxical Effect: The Cleanergy® will increase your bio-energy level in an incredible manner. You may however feel exhaustion, owing to the fact that you have exceeded the level your body can bear. To eliminate the effect, do gymnastics. The best movements are flexing your legs 15-50 times.
